ANALISIS PENGARUH TATA TERTIB SEKOLAH TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DI SD 200508 SIHITANG PADANGSIDEMPUAN

This study aims to determine the level of student discipline and their compliance with school
Tegulations at SD 200508 Sihitang Padang Sidempuan. The imposition of sanctions on students who
violate the rules is one of the school’s efforts to motivate students to improve their discipline. The
research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data collection techniques
include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three
stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through
methodological triangulation. The findings indicate that the implementation of school regulations in
improving student discipline at SD 200508 Sihitang has been carried out quite well. The supporting
and inhibiting factors in this process include parental support, the consistency of rule enforcement at
the school, and differences in student characteristics that influence their level of discipline.

Abstrak.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan siswa serta kepatuhan mereka
terhadap tata tertib sekolah di SD 200508 Sihitang Padang Sidempuan. Pemberian sanksi kepada
siswa yang melanggar aturan merupakan salah satu upaya sekolah dalam memotivasi siswa agar
meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis
penelitian field research. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan
kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa implementasi tata tertib sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di SD 200508
Sihitang telah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses tersebut
meliputi dukungan keluarga, konsistensi penerapan aturan di sekolah, serta perbedaan karakter siswa
yang memengaruhi tingkat kedisiplinan mereka.
